All payments are to be made in U.S. Funds. PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Certiefied Bank Checks accepted. Sorry, no personal checks accepted.

We will activate your world immediately upon request and allow 10 days for receipt of payment by mail.

You may cancel service at any time and receive your cell, attributes and sector files. Only cancellations made within the first 30 days of activation will receive refunds if cause is the direct fault of Heartfall.

Heartfall will not host Worlds containing X-rated material or links.
Heartfall Productions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Heartfall reserves the right to hold worlds "closed" at anytime payment is past due 10 days.
Upon 30 days of being past due, world will be considered forfeited for non payment and become the property of Heartfall Productions. Please contact us immediately should you be unable to make payment so that satisfactory arrangements may be made.
